Sao Paulo, May 7 (Reuters) - Industrial production in Brazil rose 0.1% in March from February, government statistics agency IBGE said on Thursday, beating the median estimate in a Reuters poll which projected a decrease of 0.2%.

Output was up 4.3% Y/Y in March, IBGE added. Economists in the Reuters poll had forecast a 3.5% rise.
