Real estate company Bremia has crossed the five percent disclosure threshold in cooling systems firm APR Technologies following the registration of the company's rights issue.

Ownership increased to 5.0 percent of shares and voting rights. Bremia is owned by board member Johan Claesson and, including shares held through Movenio Fastigheter, now controls a total of 31.44 percent of APR. An owner is required to issue a disclosure when their ownership surpasses or falls below the 5 percent mark.
