British American Tobacco p.l.c. announced that Holly Keller Koeppel stepped down from the Board as Non-Executive Directors at the conclusion of the Meeting and is succeeded by Karen Guerra as Senior Independent Director. Ms Keller Koeppel's retirement from the Board, and Ms Guerra's appointment as Senior Independent Director, follows the Company's announcement on 10 February 2026.
