Brookfield Corporation (TSX:BN) signed binding sale and purchase agreement to acquire 19.9% stake in Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) from ESR Group Limited on July 21, 2025. At completion of transaction, ESR Group Limited will no longer hold any stake in Cromwell Property Group. The transaction is subject to FIRB approval.

The New Economy Development segment earns development profit through the development, construction and sale of completed investment properties.
