Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited at the General Meeting to be held on 22 April 2026 proposed to consider and approve payment of dividend for the year 2025 the remaining dividend of THB 9 per share, totaling THB 7,162 million (for an operating period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025), dividend between a year-end dividend of THB 3 per share and a special dividend of THB 6 per share, will be paid to the holders of preferred shares and ordinary shares whose names existed on the record date, which is fixed on 18 March 2026. The dividend, payable out of net profits and retained earnings taxable at the applicable rates, will be paid on 12 May 2026. The rights to receive dividends shall be subject to the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
