Bure Equity AB (publ) (OM:BURE) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 19.10% stake in Silex Microsystems AB from Yuntong Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on April 7, 2026. A cash consideration will be paid by Bure Equity AB (publ) via wire transfer to the bank account designated in writing by the company. Upon completion, Bure Equity AB (publ) will own 36.09% stake in Silex Microsystems AB. In a related transaction, Silex Microsystems will initiate an IPO.
For the period ending December 31, 2025, Silex Microsystems AB reported total revenue of SEK 1.39 billion, EBIT of SEK 368 million and net income of SEK 377 million. As of December 31, 2025, Silex Microsystems AB reported total assets of SEK 2.25 billion and total common equity of SEK 1.43 billion.
The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by target board. The deal has been approved by the board of Sai MicroElectronics Inc.
