Shareholders of the investment company Bure Equity are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 12, in Stockholm. Shareholders may also cast their votes by mail in advance.
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.75 per share.
The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Ulf Rosberg as a new member of the Board. Mr. Rosberg is currently the CEO of UMR Invest, a private holding company, and serves as Chairman of Payair Technologies and Neonode. He previously held senior executive positions at Nordic Capital.
The re-election of Chairman Patrik Tigerschiöld and board members Carl Björkman, Carsten Browall, Charlotta Falvin, Sarah McPhee, and Birgitta Stymne Göransson is also proposed.
The Board seeks authorization from the Meeting to resolve on the repurchase of the company's own shares. Furthermore, the Board requests a mandate to resolve on new share issues, corresponding to a maximum increase of 10 percent in the total number of shares.
The Meeting is also invited to approve an incentive program for employees covering a maximum of 165,000 shares.
