Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), one of the most important financial groups in Romania, is listing today, November 28, a new bond issue on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, worth RON 1.12 billion. This is the 11th bond issue listed by BCR on the Exchange over time, with their total value reaching almost RON 10 billion.

The corporate bonds, traded under the ticker symbol BCR31, totaling 1,875 units, have a nominal value of RON 600,000, a fixed interest rate of 7.718% per annum, and will mature on November 11, 2031.

The bond issue listed today on the stock exchange is the 11th issue listed by BCR on the BVB. The first bond issue by BCR has matured, with a total of 10 corporate issues currently being traded. The bank's second bond issue, worth RON 600 million, has been trading since December 2019 under ticker symbol BCR26. In 2021, BCR listed another three bond issues, of which one was green bonds - BCR28, BCR28A, and BCR28B. In 2022, BCR listed three bond issues on the Regulated Market of Bucharest Stock Exchange, of which the first and the third were corporate bonds, BCR27 and BCR28C, while the second was a green bond issue, BCR27A. In 2023, BCR listed two bond issues: in May, it listed the BCR27E green eurobond issue, marking the bank's debut on the international capital markets, and in December, the BCR29 bond issue, worth RON 1 billion, was admitted to trading. Added to these are the bonds listed today, BCR31, worth RON 1.12 billion, reaching a total value of RON 9.92 billion.
