Capillary Technologies India Limited (NSEI:CAPILLARY) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SessionM, Inc. from Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) for $20 million on February 24, 2026.

As part of the agreement, a specialized team within SessionM will transition to Capillary.

The transaction is expected to be completed within 180 days from the signing date.
