Capital Infra Trust announced that at the board meeting held on February 05, 2026, Declaration of Distribution of Trust for third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26 of INR 1.45 per unit, constituting as interest (INR 0.41 per unit), dividend ­ taxable (INR 0.59 per unit), dividend ­ tax free (INR 0.06 per unit), Return of Capital constituting repayment of loan (INR 0.38 per unit) and other income (INR 0.01 per unit) to eligible unitholders of Trust. Declaration of Interim Distribution of Capital Infra Trust for fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025-26 of INR 0.89 per unit in the form of dividend ­ taxable (INR 0.89 per unit), to eligible unitholders of Trust. The record date for aforesaid distributions will be February 10, 2026, and payment will be made on or before February 17, 2026.
