Real estate company Castellum has announced that Pål Ahlsén will assume the role of CEO, effective Thursday, August 28. The news was released in a press statement.

Pål Ahlsén has long been the top choice for the position by major shareholder Roger Akelius, and he previously served as CEO of Akelius Residential Property.

"Pål Ahlsén will lead Castellum into its next phase, with a strong focus on profitability and value creation for all shareholders. The priority for the board and Pål Ahlsén is to define a new strategy for Castellum," said Ralf Spann, Chairman of the Board at Castellum.

"Together with the board, we will define a new strategy with a clear focus on increasing Castellum's profitability," commented Pål Ahlsén.
