Cathay Pacific Airways Limited announced that Mr. Patrick Healy will also retire as an Executive Director and Chairman of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited at the conclusion of its 2026 annual general meeting to be held on May 13, 2026. Mr. Healy has been an Executive Director of Swire Pacific Limited since August 2021. He joined the Swire group in 1988 and held various roles across the Swire group in the aviation, beverages and industries divisions in Hong Kong SAR, Germany and the Chinese Mainland.

Mr. Guy Martin Coutts BRADLEY will replace Mr. Healy as Chairman of Cathay Pacific Airways on the same day.
