Ltd and Shuifa Chixiang Electric Co., Ltd. from Shandong Water Development & Power Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Chengxiang Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership).
Ceepower Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300062) agreed to acquire 65% stake in Shandong Dachi High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd., Shandong Dachi Electric Co. Ltd and Shuifa Chixiang Electric (Shandong) Co., Ltd. from Shandong Water Development & Power Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Chengxiang Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) on December 5, 2025.
The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer shareholders and approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
