The directors and executive officers have agreed that, subject to certain exceptions, without the prior written consent of the underwriters and they will not, and will not publicly disclose an intention to, as applicable in case of executive officers, during an initial period of 60 days after the closing of this offering, plus an additional period of 30 days thereafter, and directors, during an initial period of 30 days after the closing of this offering, plus an additional period of 30 days thereafter.
