The board of directors of Chagee Holdings Limited declared a special cash dividend of USD 0.92 per ordinary share or American Depositary Shares (ADS). This special dividend will be payable in U.S. dollars on or around December 15, 2025 to the holders of record of the Company?s ordinary shares (excluding certain Class A ordinary shares held by The Bank of New York Mellon, as the depositary bank, for bulk issuance of ADSs reserved under the Company?s share incentive plan) and ADSs as of the close of trading on December 8, 2025. The ex-dividend date will be December 8, 2025.
