China General Technology (Group) Holding Co.,Ltd entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire remaining 68.87% stake in Nanjing Erji Machine Tool Gear Co., Ltd. from Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000410) for approximately CNY 400 million on December 9, 2025. A cash consideration of CNY 400 million will be paid by China General Technology (Group) Holding Co.,Ltd. As part of consideration, CNY 400 million is paid towards common equity of Nanjing Erji Machine Tool Gear Co., Ltd. Upon completion, China General Technology (Group) Holding Co.,Ltd. will own 100% stake in Nanjing Erji Machine Tool Gear Co., Ltd.

As of August 31, 2025, Nanjing Erji Machine Tool Gear Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 319.35 million and total common equity of CNY 57.58 million.
