China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that, the Company recently held the Employees' Representatives Conference, at which Ms. ZHOU Liyun was elected as an employee Director of the tenth session of the Board of the Company, for a term of office commencing from the date when the Articles of Association of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., as considered and approved at the 2025 first extraordinary general meeting of Company, is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, and her qualification as a Director is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration until the expiry of the term of the tenth session of the Board. Ms. ZHOU Liyun, born in September 1974, currently serves as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, the vice chairman of the board of supervisors, the employee representative supervisor, the chairman of the Labor Union, the principal of the Party School and the secretary of the Party Committee directly under the Company. Ms. ZHOU previously served as deputy director of the Shanghai Talent Service Center, general manager of the Organization and Human Resources Department of Shanghai Urban Construction Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Shanghai Chengtou Water (Group) Co., Ltd., and vice president of Shanghai Chengtou (Group) Co., Ltd. Ms. ZHOU holds a master's degree.
