China Southern Airlines Company Limited held the 10th meeting of the tenth session of the Board on October 27, 2025. Agreed that Mr. Chen Zhe appointed to be the Executive Vice President of the Company and ceased to be the Chief Pilot of the Company. Agreed that Mr. Zhang Yong appointed to be the Executive Vice President of the Company.

Agreed that Mr. Yu Ming Liang appointed to be the Chief Pilot of the Company. The above senior management will serve for a term consistent with that of the current session of the Board. Agreed that Mr. Gao Fei ceased to be the Executive Vice President of the Company due to change of work arrangement.

On October 27, 2025, the Board received the resignation application from Mr. Gao Fei. Due to change of work arrangement, Mr. Gao Fei has tendered his resignation as the candidate of an Executive Director of the Company. His resignation shall take effect from October 27, 2025.

Chen Zhe, male, born in January 1974 (51 years old), graduated from Aircraft Piloting Department of Civil Aviation Flight University of China, majoring in Transport Aircraft Piloting, with a bachelor's degree. He is a member of the Chinese Communist Party. He began his career in July 1995.

He served as Manager of B737/757 Fleet of Guangzhou Flight Department of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In March 2013, he served as Deputy General Manager and a member of the Party Committee of Guizhou Airlines Company Limited. In April 2017, he served as Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhuhai Xiang Yi Aviation Technology Company Limited.

In July 2017, he was appointed as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhuhai Xiang Yi Aviation Technology Company Limited. In September 2021, he served as Executive Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In May 2022, he served as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.

In May 2024, he served as General Manager of the Safety Supervision Division of China Southern Air Holding Company Limited and General Manager of the Safety Supervision Division of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. He has been serving as Chief Security Officer of the Company, General Manager of the Safety Supervision Division of China Southern Air Holding Company Limited, and General Manager of the Safety Supervision Division of the Company in July 2024. Zhang Yong, male, born in October 1970 (54 years old), graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University majoring in Aero Engine, and obtained a master's degree in Aviation Safety Management jointly offered by Civil Aviation University of China and École Nationale de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC). He is a senior engineer and a member of the Chinese Communist Party. He began his career in July 1994.

He served as General Manager of the Engineering Department of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation. In October 2018, he served as a member of the Party Committee and the General Manager of the Engineering Department of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation. In August 2021, he served as a Deputy General Manager of the Aircraft Engineering Department of Air China Limited.

In September 2021, he served as a Deputy General Manager and a member of the Party Committee of the Aircraft Engineering Department of Air China Limited. In May 2022, he served as a General Manager and a Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Aircraft Engineering Department of Air China Limited. In July 2025, he served as a member of the Party Leadership Group of China Southern Air Holding Company Limited.

He holds a bachelor's degree, is a Second-Class Pilot, and a member of the Chinese Communist Party. He began his career in August 1993. He served as Deputy Manager of B787 Fleet of Guangzhou Flight Department of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.

In March 2017, he served as Manager of the B787 Fleet of Guangzhou Flight Department of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In December 2018, he served as Manager of B787 Fleet of the Fleet Division of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In August 2019, he served as a Deputy Head and a member of the Party Committee of the Fleet Division of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.

In November 2021, he served as a Deputy General Manager and a member of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In April 2022, he served as the General Manager and a Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. In February 2025, he served as an Executive Deputy Head and a member of the Party Committee of the Fleet Division of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.

Since September 2025, he has served as Head of the Fleet Division, General Manager of the Flight Training Management Department, and a Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fleet Division (Flight Training Management Department) of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.
