Amedé Koffi Kouakou, Côte d'Ivoire's Minister for Equipment and Road Maintenance, recently visited Section 3 of the Abidjan ring road (Y4), undertaken by CSCEC. The project is now over 90% complete.
Minister Kouakou and his team inspected the entire construction area, focusing on progress, quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Section 3 of the Abidjan ring road (Y4) spans approximately 15 kilometers and is a four-lane dual carriageway linking northern Abidjan to the Dabou highway in the west. Once completed, it will significantly improve regional transportation, boost logistics efficiency, and support integrated development of the Abidjan Port and the city.
