Chinasoft International Limited announced that recently, it has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co. Ltd. and Loongson Technology Corporation Limited to jointly build the end-to-end independent ?LoongHong Ecosystem? centered on ?OpenHarmony + LoongArch?.
The three parties will leverage their complementary advantages: Chinasoft relies on its capabilities in software applications, system integration, and international market expansion; Shen Kaihong draws on its technical accumulation in OpenHarmony operating system's full-scenario coverage, distributed features, and hard real-time low-latency technology; Loongson Technology is supported by LoongArch independent instruction set chips and underlying solutions. The three parties will conduct in-depth collaboration in four core dimensions- technology, products, market, and ecology- to accelerate the industrialization of the ?LoongHong Ecosystem?. In terms of technology, the three parties will focus on the in-depth adaptation of ?LoongArch chips + KaihongOS?, optimize the operational performance to ensure software-hardware stability of the Loongson platform, promote in-depth chip-level binding, and formulate a joint technology roadmap.
A joint technical research team will be established to conduct R&D around key directions such as kernel adaptation, driver development, performance optimization, security hardening, and AI empowerment. A technical verification and testing platform will be built to advance the standardization and industrialization of achievements. For products, combining their respective strengths, the three parties will jointly develop edge computing gateways, AI terminals, and industry-specific customized solutions for core scenarios including industrial control, government office, and smart people's livelihood.
This will fill the gap in end-to-end independent products. In the market dimension, the three parties will collaborate to tackle government and industry localization projects, prioritizing implementation in key cities such as Shenzhen, Beijing, and Jiangsu. The three parties will simultaneously lay out overseas markets to enhance the international competitiveness of domestic basic software and hardware.
Regarding ecology, the three parties will jointly participate in open-source community construction and industry standard formulation, promote the standardization of technical interfaces, and strengthen ecological mutual recognition and resource sharing. Through activities such as technical seminars and developer conferences, the three parties will foster the ?OpenHarmony + LoongArch? ecosystem.
The ?LoongHong Ecosystem? is an end-to-end independent and controllable technology system built with the LoongArch independent instruction set architecture as the hardware cornerstone and OpenHarmony as the operating system foundation, covering ?chip-OS-application?. Forming a complete closed loop from underlying technology to upper-layer ecology, this system is specifically designed for national critical information infrastructure and core industries.
It provides system-level secure and controllable solutions, serving as a core support for safeguarding national digital sovereignty and building a solid network security defense line. The Company firmly believes that taking this cooperation as an opportunity, the three parties will deepen technological integration and industrial collaboration, accelerate the large-scale implementation of the independent information technology system, create long-term value for shareholders, and contribute core strength to national technological self-reliance and self-improvement.
