Mining company Lundin Gold signed a binding letter of intent with LunR Royalties regarding a silver deal worth USD 670 million, equivalent to SEK 6.1 billion, linked to the Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador. The deal means that Lundin Gold sells a silver stream in exchange for newly issued shares in LunR, which are planned to be distributed to Lundin Gold shareholders. The stock rose 3.3 percent.
Software company Formpipe Software is initiating a share buyback program of up to SEK 135 million. The background is that the company has cash on hand following the sale of its Public business area. The stock rose 3.5 percent.
