He has led diverse teams across global environments and delivered transformational outcomes.
Prior to joining Cipla, Arun has held senior leadership roles with various global organizations including Microsoft Corporation, Kalyani Group, TE Connectivity India. With an engineering background and an MBA from Pune University, Arun is deeply passionate about building organizational and leadership capability, fostering strong culture, and enabling sustainable business outcomes.
