(Alliance News) - Circle Group Spa announced on Wednesday the signing of two new strategic projects, with a total value exceeding EUR 300,000, as part of the LogIN Business program. The initiative aims to enhance the digitalization and interoperability of logistics and customs flows in line with the European eFTI Regulation and the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The technological core of these initiatives is Circle's proprietary MILOS platform, which enables a federative digital ecosystem for integrated transport and intermodality management. The new e-CMR and e-DDT modules, developed in collaboration with Accudire, allow for the complete digitization of documents and digital signatures by all operators, ensuring traceability, security, and cost reduction.

The projects also include the development of a federative infrastructure that will connect European ports, inland terminals, and intermodal hubs with customs systems, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times at key logistics nodes.

The solutions feature Business Intelligence and Control Tower functionalities, interoperable with leading TMS and ERP systems, and are fully compliant with EU Regulation 2020/1056, which will become mandatory for control authorities starting in 2027.

Circle's shares remain flat at EUR 8.84 per share.
