Clariant AG at its AGM held on April 1, 2026 approved election of Regula Wallimann, Swiss national, and Albert Manifold, Irish national to join the Board of Directors. Ben van Beurden and Albert Manifold were elected to constitute the Compensation Committee. Compensation Committee will include Ben van Beurden, Albert Manifold, Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff, and Ahmed Mohammed Al Umar.
