Clarkson PLC (LSE:CKN) acquired Shipbroking business of from Serpac International SAC on April 30, 2026.

The team of six who will join Clarksons primarily cover the Dry Bulk market and will continue to operate under the leadership of Andrew Hardy, who will remain Managing Director and play a central role in growing the service offering in response to evolving demands across Peru and Chile.
