On February 6, 2026, Doug Kramer, Chief Legal Officer of Cloudflare, Inc., notified the Company of his decision to resign from his role as Chief Legal Officer after nearly ten years with the Company. Mr. Kramer?s resignation as Chief Legal Officer will be effective March 31, 2026, following which he will remain as a Senior Advisor to the Company. The Company expects that Alissa Starzak, currently the Company?s Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Global Head of Public Policy, will succeed Mr. Kramer as Chief Legal Officer, at the time his resignation becomes effective.
