Coca-Cola named Chief Operating Officer Henrique Braun as its next chief executive, effective March 31.
Braun would succeed James Quincey, who is expected to transition to executive chair after nine years as chief executive, the beverage conglomerate said Wednesday.
Braun, 57, started as operating chief on Jan. 1 and worked at the company since 1996.
