Combine Will International Holdings Limited announced that Lai Kam Lung, Danny has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer following a review of his performance since joining the Company, taking into consideration his qualifications, work experience, and the increasing importance of his role. The Nominating Committee and the board of directors approved his appointment and resolved that he be regarded as an Executive Officer. In this role, Dr. Lai is responsible for all engineering operations and infrastructure, product design, research, and development for the OEM/ODM business.

In addition, to support daily operations and drive industrial improvement from engineering through to production, he also serves as Acting General Manager of Loong Run (He Yuan) Toys Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. His working experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer of Combine Will Group from April 2026 to present and as General Manager of Loong Run (He Yuan) Toys Company Limited from September 2025 to present. Previously, he was Director of Global Manufacturing at DKA Aerospace Manufacturing Ltd. from January 2025 to April 2025, Director of Engineering at Mattel Inc. from January 2023 to January 2025, General Manager of Engineering at Kam Yuen from July 2019 to December 2022, and Technical Director at Willsonic Precision Ltd. from July 2004 to July 2019.

He has confirmed that there is no conflict of interest or familial relationship with the Company. His past directorships include Director of Global Manufacturing at DKA Aerospace Manufacturing Ltd, Director of Engineering at Mattel Inc., and General Manager of Engineering at Kam Yuen, while his current directorships include Chief Technology Officer of Combine Will Group and General Manager of Loong Run (He Yuan) Toys Company Limited.
