Computacenter plc (LSE:CCC) agreed to acquire Government Acquisitions, Inc. for an enterprise value of up to $92 million on May 28, 2026. The consideration consists of an initial cash payment of $63 million and potential performance-based payments of up to $29 million through the end of 2027.
Government Acquisitions Inc. is a Value-Added Reseller focused on the US federal government market. Following the acquisition, the existing GAI leadership will remain in their roles, and the business will operate as a specialist federal government focused unit within Computacenter's North American operations.
For the fiscal year 2025, Government Acquisitions Inc. reported gross invoiced income of approximately $390 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $8 million.
The transaction has received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and is expected to close on June 1, 2026.
