Consumer companies rose amid strong earnings in the sector.

Puig Brands, owner of luxury Jean Paul Gaultier brand, wrapped up 2025 with climbing sales, but cautioned that it expects growth in the fragrance market to level off.

Fast-food chain Wingstop reported lower fourth-quarter comparable sales after previously saying that weakness in spending amongst Hispanic and low-income consumers was weighing on its business.
