Corem Property Group AB (Publ) has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Elgiganten for 3,725 sq.m. of office space in Fairway House in Copenhagen. The property is located in the Orestad district. Before ccupancy, the premises will be modernized and adapted to tenant needs, while a technical upgrade of the building's installations and infrastructure will also be carried out.

Access is planned for the third quarter of 2026.
