Property company Corem has signed an agreement with Elgiganten for new office premises in Copenhagen, according to a press release.
The agreement runs for ten years and covers 3,725 square meters at Fairway House, in the Örestad district. The move-in is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

Corem owns a total of three commercial properties in Copenhagen, with a combined leasable area of approximately 30,000 square meters, primarily office space.
