Real estate firm Corem has signed a six-year lease agreement with Aranya for approximately 1,000 square meters in the Sprängaren 9 property in Sundbyberg.

Occupancy is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The premises will be tailored to accommodate the company's operations within networking and cybersecurity.
