Corporate Travel Management announced on February 2, 2026 that Jamie Pherous, the founder and head of Corporate Travel Management (CTM), is retiring effective immediately and will transition to a six-month strategic advisory role. Mr. Pherous built CTM over 32 years from a small Brisbane agency into one of the world's biggest travel service providers. The board, in consultation with Mr. Pherous, determined that now was the time for new leadership.
Ana Pedersen, CTM's chief commercial officer, has been appointed acting group chief executive while the company searches for a permanent replacement. Ms. Pedersen joined CTM in October.
