CPPM Leasing LLC and Cross Ocean Partners acquired 722,456-square-foot, eight-building office portfolio from City Office REIT, Inc. for $96 million on January 12, 2026. A cash consideration of $96 million will be paid by CPPM Leasing LLC and Cross Ocean Partners.
