Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the Group) revised date for the half year results for the period ended 30 April 2026. As outlined in the 21 April 2026 trading update, the Group is in discussion with lenders in relation to seeking a temporary covenant relaxation. Discussions are progressing constructively and are expected to conclude by mid-July 2026.

Accordingly, the publication of the Group's half year results will be delayed to allow sufficient time for the orderly completion of the covenant reset process and for the Group's auditors to complete their review processes. The half year results for the period ended 30 April 2026 are now expected to be announced on 16 July 2026.
