(in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 2) KRW 700,000,000, NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 3) KRW 790,000,000 KB Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 4) KRW 710,000,000, Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 5) KRW 370,000,000, Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 6) KRW 340,000,000, Samsung Securities Co.,Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 7) KRW 170,000,000, Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 8) KRW 120,000,000, KB Securities Co., Ltd. (in its capacity as the trustee of Fund 9) KRW 500,000,000 and Eugene Investment & Securities Co.,Ltd. KRW 500,000,000. The transaction has been approved by shareholders, expected to close on May 29, 2026, 100% convertible into 1,460,280 shares at a fixed conversion price of KRW 3,424 from May 29, 2027 to April 29, 2029, bears zero coupon rate, 2% maturity rate and matures on May 29, 2029.
