Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has hired Kevin Donner as Vice Chair, based in the firm?s Los Angeles office. As Vice Chair, Kevin Donner will focus on institutional capital markets, including office, multifamily and retail assets, as well as capital raising and joint venture formation. Donner, who rejoins Cushman & Wakefield from Newmark, previously worked at Eastdil Secured, Goldman Sachs in the Principal Investment Area in New York City and in the Private Wealth Management Group in San Francisco.
He also held roles at Credit Suisse in the Private Banking Group.
