Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Cooper as head of project and development services for the UK & Ireland. Based in London, Cooper will lead the firm?s nationwide PDS team, which specialises in building consultancy, project management, cost consultancy, building services engineering and principal delivery. Cooper has transitioned from the head of project management and cost consultancy role at the firm.
She will report to Nic Wilkinson, who has been promoted to vice president for project and development services EMEA, bringing his more than 30 years? experience to coordinate and grow the firm?s PDS activity across the region.
