Cushman & Wakefield announced that Bryan Doyle has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer, Americas Capital Markets. Based in San Diego, Doyle will oversee operational strategy and execution across the Americas Capital Markets platform, supporting the continued expansion of the business. Doyle joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where he most recently served as Managing Director, Capital Markets and Head of the firm?s Private Client Program.
In that role, he helped lead day-to-day Capital Markets operations and served as executive sponsor and business lead for the practice?s technology network, including proprietary tools for market analytics, CRM and data infrastructure, as well as AI-powered insight platforms. During his tenure at CBRE, Doyle also founded and scaled the firm?s Capital Markets Lead Center, building a nationwide team of integrated sales, debt and marketing professionals responsible for generating new business through technology-driven processes and digital marketing. Since its inception in 2018, the Lead Center grew into a national platform and significant business driver.
