Dai Nippon Toryo Company, Limited (TSE:4611) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 90% stake in Agc Coat-Tech Co., Ltd. from AGC Inc. (TSE:5201) on August 29, 2025. As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards common equity of Agc Coat-Tech Co., Ltd. Upon completion, Dai Nippon Toryo Company, Limited will own 100% stake in Agc Coat-Tech Co., Ltd.
The transaction is expected to be completed in late December 2025.

Agc Coat-Tech Co., Ltd. will change its trade name, representative, and branch office as of the same date, in connection with its acquisition as a subsidiary.
