- food ingredients (30.1%): natural, artificial, and plant-based ingredients (soy and pea proteins, emulsifiers, sweeteners) used to improve the texture and formulation of food products, natural preservatives (antioxidants and antimicrobials), etc.;
- flavor ingredients (22.8%): primarily for the food industry (manufacturing of dairy products, beverages, prepared meals, confectionery products, etc.);
- fragrance compounds (22.8%): primarily for the manufacturing of cosmetics (deodorants, hair care products, etc.) and cleaning products (detergents, soaps, softeners, etc.);
