(Alliance News) - DiaSorin Spa announced on Friday that it acquired 10,488 of its own ordinary shares on April 7.

The shares were purchased at an average unit price of EUR60.808, for a total consideration of EUR635,324.07.

To date, the company holds 5.6 million treasury shares, representing more than 10% of its share capital.

On Friday, DiaSorin closed up 0.8% at EUR61.10 per share.
