On November 20, 2025, Bratin Saha notified DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") of his intent to resign as Chief Product and Technology Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. The parties mutually agreed Mr. Saha?s departure would be effective November 26, 2025. Mr. Saha?s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies, or practices.
