Domo, Inc. announced that Joshua G. James, the company's Chief Executive Officer and Principal Executive Officer, notified the Company that effective December 4, 2025, he will be reducing his duties to focus on his health. Mr. James remains the Company's Chief Executive Officer and the Company has appointed Daren Thayne, the Company's current Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product, as the Company's Interim Principal Executive Officer (within the meaning of the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission), effective December 4, 2025.
