dormakaba Holding AG (SWX:DOKA) signed an agreement to acquire Operating business of Vintech Systems Pty Ltd. from Vintech Systems Pty Ltd on February 3, 2026. With this move, dormakaba is strengthening its hospitality business in Australia. This acquisition supports the company?s vertical market strategy to drive focused expansion of the business in its core countries. dormakaba expects the transaction to be accretive to Group EPS from day 1.
The expected completion of the transaction will be in early May 2026.
