E.ON maintains guidance while RP5 regulatory risk grows

E.ON delivered nine-month results in line with expectations and kept its 2025 guidance unchanged, but management highlighted rising regulatory uncertainty ahead of Germany's RP5 framework from 2029, particularly around cost of debt and redispatch cost treatment for power networks.
