Eaton has brought 29-year company veteran David Foster back as the power-management company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Eaton on Monday said Olivier Leonetti, who has been the Dublin-based company's finance chief since February 2024, will serve in a senior advisory capacity until departing on March 13.
The company in November said Leonetti would be leaving as part of a planned transition, and that it would consider internal and external candidates as it searched for a successor.
Foster, 54 years old, held various roles across Eaton's finance organization from 1993 through his retirement in 2022 and returned for a brief stint as senior vice president of finance and planning in early 2024.
Eaton said Foster will receive an annual base salary of $815,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
