BAE Systems
BAE Systems has announced the successful completion of several demonstrations of electromagnetic attack (EA) capabilities based on a modular architecture, designed to neutralize enemy air defenses and disrupt the use of the electromagnetic spectrum for coordinating operations. The prototype was tested in a pod under an experimental aircraft representing a Group 4 or 5 drone (i.e., an aircraft weighing over 600 kg capable of flying up to 18,000 feet for Group 4 or higher for Group 5).

Boiron
Following an operational collaboration in distribution, Laboratoires Boiron has announced the signing of an agreement with Panaxia Malta, a company specializing in research and development of medical cannabis. As part of the French experiment evaluating the relevance and feasibility of making medical cannabis available in France, conducted by the ANSM, Boiron managed the distribution of Panaxia's medications.

Edenred
Edenred has reported group net income of EUR 521 million for 2025, up 2.8%, as well as a record adjusted EPS of EUR 2.59, up 10%, and free cash flow of EUR 1,111 million, up 34%. The payment solutions group posted annual EBITDA of EUR 1,360 million, up 11.2% on a comparable basis, "illustrating the combined effect of revenue growth and the initial efficiency gains from the Fit for Growth program."

Engie
Engie has commissioned Assú Sol in Brazil, its largest solar park worldwide. The Assú Sol photovoltaic complex, comprising 16 parks, is now fully operational. The Group received approval from Brazilian authorities on February 13, 2026, following work completed in December 2025 for a total investment of 3.3 billion R$.

FDJ UNITED
FDJ UNITED has announced that its board of directors, which met on February 18, finalized the 2025 accounts and will propose to the general meeting on April 23, 2026, the payment of a dividend of EUR 2.10 per share, compared to EUR 2.05 for the 2024 financial year.

Forvia
On the occasion of its 2025 results publication, marked notably by a heavy net loss but a sharp rise in net cash flow, Forvia unveiled its targets through 2028 as part of its new IGNITE strategy. Forvia reported a net loss of EUR 2.1 billion for 2025 (after IFRS 5), "mainly reflecting non-cash exceptional charges related to transformation and portfolio rationalization," but net cash flow of EUR 962 million, up 47%.

Freelance.com reported revenue of EUR 273.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, down 6% year-on-year (-5% organically), with a 9% decline in France not offset by 3% growth internationally. For the full year 2025, the human resources services group's revenue reached EUR 1,052.6 million, up 0.3% (-3% organically), with a 1% decrease in France and a 3% increase internationally.

Ipsos
Ipsos has announced the appointment of Nathan Brumby as chief platforms and technology officer, effective February 16. Based in Paris, he will report directly to Jean Laurent Poitou, the group's CEO. This appointment is part of the ongoing organizational evolution of the market research and opinion polling group, aimed at strengthening its technological capabilities and platform development.

Mauna Kea Technologies
Mauna Kea Technologies has obtained the necessary registrations and regulatory approvals to commercialize its Cellvizio system in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. These validations open access to two markets renowned for their expertise in interventional gastroenterology and are part of the new commercial organization unveiled on February 4, 2026, to accelerate growth outside the United States.

Nicox
At the annual Congress of the American Glaucoma Society, the ophthalmology-focused company presented positive data from phase 3 studies on NCX 470. The results showed that the fast-acting molecule developed by the French ophthalmology specialist achieved one of the best intraocular pressure reductions in its class, reaching up to 10 mmHg from baseline, meeting efficacy requirements for marketing approval applications in the United States and China.
