The Board of Directors of EFG Holding Company S.A.E approved distributing a cash dividend to the shareholders of the Company in the amount of EGP 400 million amounting to approximately EGP 0.278 per share and submitting the aforementioned resolution to the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company for approval.
